Specna Arms 1500 mAh 25C 3-module Li-Po battery pack
Specna Arms presents a rechargeable battery for airsoft guns that was developed in collaboration with Gens Ace, a popular battery manufacturer.
The collaboration has resulted in a unique battery pack that features, among other things: shortened cables, allowing valuable space to be saved, and a G-Tech plug that will allow it to work with chargers equipped with a G-Tech socket. Once the battery is connected to the G-Tech socket, the charger will recognise the battery after 5 seconds and select the best charging mode itself.
The Li-Po battery pack from Specna Arms is equipped with 3 modules of the same size, which will allow it to be fitted in stocks with limited space.
Specna Arms is committed to meeting customer expectations by supplying the market with a wide range of high performance LiPo batteries to suit every user's needs - whether you are looking for a battery for your stock storage, handguard or dummy laser sight, this and much more can now be found in the range allowing you to play even longer.
Lithium-ion-polymer(LiPo) packs are the successors to the well-known lithium-ion (LiIon) packs. The main advantage of LiPo batteries is undoubtedly their capacity-to-size ratio. They are very small in size while retaining a very high current capacity, which makes it possible to select a suitable pack for practically every AEG replica. They have no memory effect. They can be charged very frequently without being discharged first. Frequent charging is beneficial for this type of battery.
It is important to remember not to discharge a LiPo pack below 3V per cell and not to overcharge it above 4.2V per cell. Another advantage of LiPo packs is the low percentage self-discharge. When not in use, the pack loses about 3-5% of its energy per month. It is necessary to keep an eye on the pack, as during very long storage a discharge below the permissible minimum value ( 3V per cell ) and irreversible chemical reactions may occur, which may cause deterioration of the pack properties including its permanent damage, in extreme cases - ignition. An unused LiPo pack should have an average charge of approximately 70%.
When used correctly, the life of LiPo packs averages 500-700 cycles. An important aspect is the temperature at which LiPo packs can operate. Unlike other batteries, LiPo cells perform well at low temperatures; however, they should be charged at room temperature. To keep LiPo batteries in good condition, they should be balanced during charging using the service plug that most LiPo packs have (a good LiPo charger has a built-in balancer).
The battery pack is equipped with 3 modules of the same size:
