The Trident MK3 PDW M by Krytac is an updated iteration of a highly successful and recognizable AR-15 replica — an elegant yet highly versatile mix in a compact and lightweight package. Compared to previous versions, the MK3 M model replaces the legacy Keymod slots with a modern M-LOK interface and introduces numerous enhancements to the gearbox and internal components. Designed as a subcompact model, it is the shortest Trident variant, prioritizing maneuverability over brute force or suppressive fire.

The MK3 PDW M is manufactured using modern casting and machining technologies. The upper and lower receiver, outer barrel, and collapsible stock are made from durable metal alloys in a precise, rigorous process. The lightweight handguard is CNC-machined from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 aluminium. All external parts feature a matte, scratch-resistant, non-reflective coating to protect the replica from common field wear and rough handling.
Smaller elements such as takedown pins and QD sling points are machined from steel for excellent durability.
Only the pistol grip, stock and magazine are made from high-quality polymers that remain both lightweight and robust.

The MK3 PDW M utilizes a standard AR-15 upper and lower receiver, well-known for excellent ergonomics and broad aftermarket compatibility. The replica accepts standard AR-15-pattern magazines.
